HELMET STYLE: If you prefer that old-school look for your fire helmet, go with one of our black paint options (50/50 black especially), and add a classic brass front holder, classic lime/yellow tets, San Franciscan chinstrap, shortened earflaps, blacked out D-ring, GSP bourkes, brass lock nuts, brass traditional front mounting studs, and chinstrap clips. FITMENT: While a stock BEN 2 provides an adjustable fit to lower the helmet on your head, upgrading to the RagTop Adjustable Deep Suspension System will provide an ever lower fit. This will help you fine tune exactly where you'd like your helmet to rest on your head. CONVERSION: Changing your fitment system with a brass band conversion will allow you to wear it comfortably like a Cairns® fitted leather helmet, significantly improving the fit, feel, and function of your helmet compared to the factory option. This will remove the adjustable ratchet headband entirely, but can be replaced with a new factory insert and suspension upon request. CHINSTRAP: The factory chinstrap option is reliable yet too short to work with comfortably. We recommend upgrading to one of our chinstrap options if you prefer a longer chinstrap overall.

As of 5/5/25, orders are expected to be delivered to the shop within 4-5 months. This is only an estimated shipping time frame from the manufacturer and is subject to change. Customizations are typically completed within 4-6 weeks once we've confirmed your helmet specs with you.

Fulfillment and shipping times from the factory is out of our control and could be extended. We are in contact with our supplier for updates and will continue to update this information if shipping is changed or impacted in any way.

Upon receiving your invoice, we require a 50% initial deposit to get your order started. This allows us to secure your helmet with our supplier and process your order submission without delay.

The remaining balance of your helmet and your selected customizations must be paid for after the helmet arrives to our shop. Failure to process an initial deposit within 30 days will void your invoice.

Once you submit an order through this form, you will receive an invoice via email within 1-3 business days. After your initial 50% deposit for the invoice is made, we will place your order with our supplier in the soonest processing period of the month.

Before we start customizations on your helmet, we will contact you via phone or email to confirm your helmet specs.
