Warranty & Policy
WARRANTY
Every pair of RagTop Fire Duty Mitts™ and Extrication Mitts are covered under a manufacturer defects warranty within 1 year of purchase. Warranty claims are handled in a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RagTop Fire Helmets & Restoration LLC. For details on potential factory defects, please see 'Factory Defects' below.
CONDITIONS
In order to return and (or) exchange your pair of Fire Duty Mitts™ / Extrication Mitts, the inner labels of the gloves must not have been removed and the gloves must not be worn, washed, altered, dirtied, or damaged. If your product is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you and your request for a refund or exchange may be denied.
In the event you encounter a potential manufacturer defect with your gloves, It is at the discretion of RagTop Fire Helmets & Restoration LLC to decide if that defect is accepted and subject to return / exchange within 1 year of purchase. Structural and extrication gloves are not subject to our manufacturer warranty after 1 year of purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you return your gloves for a size exchange, you are responsible for your return shipping fees. When shipping a product back to us, it is recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure the products you plan to return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment process.
You will not be charged to ship the exchange product back to you. All exchanges will be shipped out from our shop via standard ground shipping.
FACTORY DEFECTS
If you encounter a potential manufacturing defect with your gloves such as, but not limited to: loose or torn stitching, split seams, tightened fingertips, or leather peeling away from the stitch line, please keep the inner labels attached.
DO NOT REMOVE YOUR TAGS. Every pair of Fire Duty Mitts™ / Extrication Mitts have a lot number ID assigned to them. These are vital when resolving any potential manufacturing defects.
If the labels to your pair of gloves were removed, KEEP THE LABELS. We will require them when completing a return or exchange, especially in an effort to resolving a potential manufacturing defect.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your pair of gloves are damaged during transit, your request for a return or exchange will be handled in a case-by-case basis at the discretion of RagTop Fire Helmets & Restoration LLC. We will require photographs of both the packaging and the gloves when resolving a potential damage-in-transit claim.
POLICIES
- Shipping costs will not be refunded once your order has been fulfilled
- Refunds may be issued after your returned product has been inspected
- Refunds are only applicable to the original form of purchase
