Policy & Conditions


In order to return or exchange your pair of Fire Duty Mitts/Extrication Mitts, the inner tags of the gloves must not have been removed and the gloves must not be worn, washed, altered, dirtied, or damaged. If your product is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you, and your request for a refund may be denied.


If you return your gloves for a size exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. When shipping a product back to us, it is recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.

You will not be charged to ship the new exchange product. All exchanges will be shipped out as standard ground shipping.


If you encounter a potential manufacturing defect with your pair of gloves, please keep the inner tags attached. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR TAGS. Every pair of Fire Duty Mitts/Extrication Mitts have a lot # assigned to them - This is vital when resolving any potential manufacturing defects.

If the tags to your pair of gloves were removed, KEEP THE TAGS. We will require them when completing a return or exchange, and especially in an effort to resolving a potential manufacturing defect.


If your pair of gloves are damaged during transit, your request for a return or exchange will be handled in a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RagTop Fire Helmets & Restoration, LLC. We will require photographs of both the packaging and the gloves when resolving a potential damage in transit product.


  • Shipping costs of your order will not be refunded
  • Refunds may be issued after your returned product has been inspected
  • Refunds are only made back onto the original form of purchase
