SHIPPING TIMELINES

On average, orders are processed, packed, and shipped between in 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed, (this may vary during the holiday season) and will arrive in 3-5 days on average depending on the shipping method you have selected. You may receive your order sooner than expected or later than expected depending on order processing factors and transit timelines.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Specifications and criteria of refunds are subject to change with or without notice. Refunds applicable to a product may be issued under the sole discretion of RagTop Fire Helmets & Restoration, LLC. if it aligns said specified criteria.

If your package is deemed lost or damaged during transit, we will investigate the matter for you and determine if a refund and/or replacement is applicable. We are NOT liable for any packages that are deemed stolen whatsoever. REFUND SPECIFICATIONS/CRITERIA

  • Apparel must not have been worn, dirtied, altered, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.
  • Stickers must not have been used, peeled, altered, owned for more than 7 days or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.
  • Helmet hardware & fire safety equipment must not have been worn/installed, altered, dirtied, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement. 
  • Drinkware, as well as other miscellaneous goods must not have been used, altered, dirtied, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.

  

E-GIFT CARDS

By purchasing a RagTop Fire E-Gift Card(s), you agree to pay for the equal value of the card(s) specified. You agree to use the cards value when the applicable code is entered under an individual purchase at checkout. E-gift cards are non-replaceable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

  

MADE-TO-ORDER SHIPPING

Products on our website that are distinguished as "made-to-order" will have a shipping and delivery timeline that is separate from the usual shipping and delivery timeline as stated above. Every made-to-order product will have varying order fulfillment periods, and are subject to change with or without notice. The estimated shipping and delivery timeline of a particular made-to-order product can be found in the description and in the informational dropdown box above the description.
