Order & Customize Your New N5A
ORDER DETAILS:
New N5A helmets ship from the factory with the following specs: factory black paint, yellow scotchlite tets, factory bend, GSP Bourkes, black Nomex® liner, quick-release chinstrap, adjustable ratchet, and a carved eagle front holder. Helmet specs are subject to change.
PAYMENT:
We require a 50% deposit for the helmet to place an order. The other half of your payment can be made once your helmet arrives in our shop before we begin any work. Any customization options you pick can be paid before your helmet is ready to be shipped or picked-up.
FACTORY SHIPPING ETA:
As of 1/1/25, orders are expected to arrive by mid 2025. This is only an estimated shipping timeframe from the manufacturer and is subject to change. Customizations are typically completed within 10-12 weeks.
ⓘ Fulfillment and shipping times from the factory is out of our control and could be extended. We are in contact with MSA for updates, and we'll continue to update this info panel if shipping is changed or impacted in any way.
THE PROCESS:
Once you request an order, you will receive an invoice via email within 2-3 business days. After your initial 50% deposit for the invoice is paid, we will place an order for your helmet within that months batch, or next months, depending on how soon we can place your order in a given order period.
Initial deposit must be placed within 30 days, otherwise your invoice will be voided. As helmets arrive to the shop, we will check them into our system in order of form submissions on a monthly basis. Before we start customizations on your helmet, we'll contact you to confirm your helmet specs.
